By plane

Federico García Lorca Airport 20 km away. The airport is about 40 minutes by bus and about 20-30 minutes by car depending on traffic.

Bus station is 4 km away and train station is 2 km away. The airport bus is 4€ per person.

Take the A44, exit 131 “Palacio de Congresos”, follow the signs, go through the tunnel, cross the river; the hotel is 100 m on the right.

History and art

The cathedral and Royal Chapel 700m

The grand Granada Cathedral, a 16th-century Renaissance creation, was built next to the previous great Mosque, with the aim of demonstrating the power of the new Christianity. Architect Diego de Siloé.
The light and clarity, along with its grandeur, provide the world with the importance of the city at that historic time.
Next to the cathedral is the Royal Chapel, small, where rest the remains of the Catholic Monarchs, Isabel of Castile and Ferdinand of Aragon, along with their successors Juana I “the Mad” and Philip I “the Handsome”.

Charming alleyways

Albaicín 2.5 km away

Albaycín is one of the essential places in Granada. You cannot be in this Andalusian city and not stroll through this Moorish neighborhood, a World Heritage Site since 1984.
It began to populate in the Iberian period, and there was dispersed Roman settlement. There are no data on Islamic settlement before the arrival of the Berber Zirids, so it is assumed that the city was abandoned from the end of the Roman empire until the foundation of the Zirid kingdom (1013) which was when it was surrounded by walls (Alcazaba Cadima).

Isabel La Católica Theatre 400 m away

The result of ambitious urban reforms undertaken in the 40s of the past century, Granada reclaimed a stable theater for its cultural heritage named after Isabel the Catholic, that for seventy years until 1936 had endorsed the taste of the Granada people for theatrical performances. The new Isabel the Catholic Theater, in its current location, was inaugurated in 1952, a few days before the I Festival of Music and Dance kicked off, which already used this stage to close its first edition with two recitals from the unforgettable guitarist Andrés Segovia.

World Heritage Site

The Alhambra 1.4 km away

The Alhambra is a palatial city. It consists of a collection of palaces, gardens and fortresses that housed a veritable citadel within the city of Granada itself, which served as accommodation for the monarch and the court of the NAZARÍ KINGDOM.
Its real appeal lies not only in the interiors, whose decoration is among the most important of Andalusian art, but also in its location and adaptation, generating a new but fully integrated landscape with the preexisting nature.

Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones: 550 m away

Science Park: 1.5 km away

The Parque de las Ciencias of Andalucía-Granada is the first interactive science museum in Andalucía (Spain). It was inaugurated in May 1995 and currently covers 7000 m². It is located in a central area of Granada and has become one of the main tourist attractions of the city.
